Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve (TATR) is one of the major tiger parks in Maharashtra and is home to more than 100 tigers. It is one of those tiger parks in central India, where you can be assured of a tiger sighting. This park is well connected to Nagpur. Summers are hot (with temperature rising up to 47° C) and considered as one of the best time to visit the park. Other than tigers, one can see Sloth Bears, Leopards, Gaurs, Sambars, Ruddy Mongoose and birds like Crested Hawk Eagle, Indian Pitta, Indian Paradise Flycatcher, Crested Serpent Eagle, Indian Scops Owl, Brown Hawk Owl and many more.
Our this year’s target would primarily be to shoot tigers with cubs other than composing tigers in the beautiful landscape of Tadoba.
Day 1:
Reach Nagpur via train or flight. After meet and greet we will set out for Tadoba. Check in to the hotel, have dinner and have a great sleep to get ready for the first safari.
Day 2-4:
Morning and afternoon safari in different zones of the park according to the recent sighting reports and possibilities. We will try our best to make sure that you make the Tiger shots which will remain fresh for a long time. We will have a total of 6 safaris during our stay. Morning safaris will start very early to have an early check-in to the park and such that we don’t get trailed behind a cue of other safari vehicles. Our prime target will be Tiger with cubs as one of the female tigress has given birth to 4 cubs and they are being seen with appropriate efforts. In the evening every day, we will have a nice chat on the plans for the next day and post processing. We will share our experiences in jungle and have feedback from you.
Day 5:
We will checkout after breakfast, bidding good bye to Tadoba and head down to Nagpur. Tour ends.
